- 1 patata

Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 onion
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 250 gr. of parsnips
- saffron salt
- poppy seeds
- olive oil
- pancetta Martina Franca from
DFOOD - 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- green groundpepper
Peel, wash and chop roughly the vegetables. In a pan put a drizzle of olive oil with the curry powder and turmeric until you get a thin sauce and then add the vegetables.
After a few minutes reduce the heat and add boiling water or vegetable stock. Coock until when all the vegetables are soft, it should take about 30 minutes and blend them using
