Questo è il tipo di primo che sa fare felici tutti, chi lo prepara e chi lo assaggia.
Fa parte dei cibi rapidi, con poca cottura e tanto gusto, senza usare un solo granello di sale.
Vi occorre solo dell’ottimo tonno in scatola, capperi, olive e un filetto di acciuga. A vostra scelta potete decidere di farla bianca o rossa aggiungendo del pomodoro.
Ingredienti per 2 persone ____________________________________________________________________
1 scatoletta di tonno
2 filetti di alici sott’olio
1 cucchiaio di capperi
1 cucchiao di olive nere
1\2 barattolo di purea di pomodoro
180 g. di paccheri
origano
Fate bollire l’acqua salata per la pasta.
Nel frattempo in un saltapasta
Scolate la pasta al dente e fatela saltare per un paio di minuti nel sughetto, aggiungendo i capperi, le olive, il tonno e un mestolo di acqua di cottura della pasta.
Impiattate e servite.

1 can of tuna
2 anchovy fillets in oil
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon of black olives
1 \ 2 can of tomato puree
180 g. paccheri pasta

First of all, put the water to boil together with a fist of salt. When it boils drop the pasta.
Meanwhile in a Domo wok , place 2 anchovy fillets to heat and when they are completely dissolved add the tomato puree and let it simmer for a few minutes and then switch off.
Drain the pasta and let it soutè for a couple of minutes in the sauce, add the capers, olives and tuna, and a ladle of cooking water.
Serve with some oregano sprinkled of top.
