Provatela!

English:
This is the pasta with garlic, oil and chilli recipe. Really easy e really tasty. If you try it, you will love it!
Obviously it’s my own version, so I add the anchovies and already seasoned breadcrumbs and then, last but not least, the pasta is the fresh pasta with egg. A simple dish always wins. Another improvement could be done by adding a tablespoon of soaked raisins, which gives it a sweet taste, which rapresents the surprise element. Try it!

____________________________________________________________________
- 200 gr. of spaghettoni
Alibert - 2 cloves garlic, purple
- 1 \ 2 tsp dried chilli
- 4 anchovy fillets
Nostromo - 12 table spoon of extra virgin olive
Dante - breadcrumbs to blend with pepper, pink salt, rosemary, thyme, marjoram
First, put the pot with salted water to boil.
In a nonstick frying pan, put the breadcrumbs mixed with herbs. I have used the dried herbs and regarding the quantities is up to your taste. Let it cook for about 10 minutes at low heat.
Meanwhile, put a large frying pan to heat with oil, crashed garlic, chilli and anchovies. It’s ready when the anchovies will be dissolved. Drain the pasta al dente.
Sauté over high heat the spaghettoni in the pan with the oil. Serve stright away and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
I chose to serve these spaghetti, with a Prosecco of Conegliano, Valdobbiadene
