Per la versione italiana clicca su “read more” in basso.

Who loved Get an Aid in the Kitchen, will fall in love as well with the Secon Edition of this contest, in partnership with KitchenAid. Many of you asked:”Which color should we start to cook with?” Fucsia! … no. The theme of the contest this time will be different. You will need to cook a recipe which requires the preparation of a mixture and so the use of a mixer. The recipe can be a pizza, bread, focaccias, pasta, desserts, meringues, plumcakes, cupcakes, crepes, biscuits, etc.

You can find the rules right down, and they are very few and simple.

“Get an AID in the Kitchen, Second Edition”.

 Rules:
– The Contest includes all categories of food, where the preparation of a mixture is required. You won’t need to use a mixer, you can even do the mixture by hand.
 – The banner of the contest must be displayed in the recipe and posted in your blog and to apply, just leave a comment in this post with a link to the recipe.
 – You can send up to three recipes, that must be made specifically for this contest.
 – For those who do not have a blog, they can enter the contest by posting the recipe and the photo on my Facebook page, by inserting the banner of the initiative in their own Facebook page or Twitter, talking about the contest.
 – The contest begins oggi and ends on July 30th at midnight.

The recipes submitted will be judged on:
1) originality of the recipe
2) quality of the pictures

The winner will be announced in the days after the deadline.
The prize will be a Metallic Fucsia KitchenAid Mixer, like the one showned in the banner.

Only if you like, you can become a follower of my blog and join Cucina di Barbara on Facebook.

“It could be yours, if you will take part!”

In the difficult task of choosing the winner will be chef Patrick Drake.

Get an AID in the KITCHEN, second edition –
versione italiana

Con grande piacere vi invito a partecipare alla seconda edizione di Get an AID in the KITCHEN,  seconda chance quindi di aggiudicarsi un fantastico KitchenAid fucsia, il contest è organizzato grazie ed in collaborazione con KitchenAid.
Chi ha amato Get an AID in the KITCHEN prima edizione, spero s’innamorerà  anche della seconda edizione.
pasta fatta in casa, gnocchi , dolci, meringhe, plumcakes, cupcakes, crepes, scones, frittelle,

2) presentazione fotografica

The Kitchen Aid goes to…

English version:

I would like to thank Kitchen Aid for accepting to be my partner in this Contest and for the wonderful Prize. I also thank you all from the bottom of my heart for partecipating at “Get an AID in the Kitchen”.
There were 200 red recipes, dark red, pale red, sweet red, salted red, liquid red and some were not so red. It wasn’t an easy task to pick the winner because most of them were beautiful, original and amazing.

The winning recipe is “On red, Fall and a Pomegranate Infused Red Trout” from the My Life Love Food Blog and this is the commentary from the photographer Riccardo Bartalucci:

I really like the way the recipe took shape, starting from what the author was sourranded by, going towards the ingredients choice and not the other way round. The path to reach the final product is well described by the pictures, and even though not all of them are worth mentioning, they hit the target imposed by the Contest: to emphasize the red color”.

Congratulations to the winner!

This is a very special post, because I want to give the Numbers, but the numbers need to be accurate: 365 blogging days with 118 posts, 3250 comments, 480 followers, 80 thousand visits, too many recipes still to be done, and only 1 Big Thanks to multiply for an infinite number of times, to be delivered to the people who assiduously and mysteriously come here and even to those who do not come back 🙂

You can find the rules right down, and they are very simple and few.
